Namaste everyone!
Welcome to my blog. I wish to share information related to Indology texts that I have found on the web during my research in the past few years. I hope it helps anyone interested in Indology.
In the first set of blogs, I would like to share as much information about the Upanishads as possible.
Let us start with the number of upanishads. Well I have found about 621 Upanishads! Yes, 621! Well some of the Upanishads have been known with various names. I have included them in my list for completeness.
There are some special upanishads, for eg: Christa Upanishad which relates to Christianity, or Rasa Upanishad which relates to alchemy. I will write about the special upanishads in a later post.
As of now, I have found the digital format documents (pdf, djvu, etc) for 428 of the upanishads. I still do not have the e-books for the remaining 193 upanishads.
The comprehensive list of upanishads follows this post. The blue colour text are for the upanishads for which e-books are available. The red colour text are for the upanishads for which I have not found the e-books yet. If anyone has them or knows a relevant link, please let me know.
